my goal is to take you to Spain for a relaxing evening or afternoon with Tapas, Entrees, and House made sangria, and Flamenco music in the back ground. Tapas, the little dishes of Spain, are a feast of delectable foods. Tapas can be a first course before an entrée or mixed and matches for a meal. Tapas can be traced back to regions of Spain where a piece of bread was used to cover a glass of sherry to keep the flies and dust out, it then evolved into an array of different little dishes , a favorite pastime for the Spaniards is to meet at tapas bars.

Paellas Originated on the countryside of Valencia and became a national dish of Spain, Paellas are traditionally made in a flat bottom pans with Bomba rice, saffron, stock , rabbit and vegetables and an open flame cooked to perfection Today an assortment of different meats and seafood are used.
